London Olympics 2012 Medal Tally (Day 11): Team China Reigns Again


Day 11 was another big day for Team China as they once again occupied the no.1 slot in the London Olympics 2012 Medal Tally. People's Republic of China snatched the lead from Team USA on the Day 11, the latter now settled on no.2 slot.  


China has now 73 Olympic Medals which are composed of 34 Golds, 21 Silver and 18 Bronze. Meanwhile, USA has 70 Olympics Medals which are composed of 30 Golds, 19 Silver and 21 Bronze.

The host country, Great Britain, secured the third slot with 22 Golds, 13 Silver and 13 Bronze, for a total of 48 Olympic Medals. Republic of Korea and Russian Federation completes the Top 5 with 23 Olympic Medals and 48 Olympic medals respectively.

The Countries managed to be in the Top 10 are:
6. France - 28 Olympic Medals
7. Germany - 31 Olympic Medals
8. Italy - 17 Olympic Medals
9. Hungary - 11 Olympic Medals
10. Kazakhstan - 7 Olympic Medals

On the other hand,  Olympic Gold Medal for the Philippines is still eluded. The South East Asian Country has still no Olympic Medal in the London 2012 as of this writing.
